Winter is a time of stillness, reflection, and deep rest. If you’re craving a moment to slow down and nurture yourself, this class is for you. Led by Judith Hanson Lasater, PhD, PT, and co-hosted by her daughter, Lizzie Lasater, this Restorative Yoga class gently guides you to release built up tension  — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

What to Expect
This live, 2.5-hour class includes gentle Restorative poses supported by props, extended periods of stillness, and a long, guided Savasana (Corpse Pose). You’ll cozy up with blankets and bolsters as Judith leads you through a series of deeply restful postures, interwoven with reflections that help you fully let go and embrace the season’s quiet.
