The yoga most of us practice was designed for young male bodies. Somatic Woman is a program to reshape your practice for the body you have now, so you can thrive in midlife and beyond.
Something shifted. Maybe it was the sleep. Maybe it was the brain fog. Maybe it was the anxiety that arrived without explanation. Maybe it was the moment your practice stopped working the way it always had.
You're not looking for a quick fix or a wellness trend. You're looking for someone who understands what's actually happening in your body, and can help you practice with clarity instead of confusion.
That's what Somatic Woman is.
Six months of grounded, science-informed yoga education that helps you move from managing this transition alone to being guided through it with warmth, intelligence, and real skill.

You stop guessing and start understanding what's happening physiologically.
Learn to practice in a way that supports your body now, not the body you had ten years ago.
Build both strength and the capacity to rest, because now you need both.
Feel less alone. You're held in a community of women who get it.
Come home to your body again.

Each month includes:
All workshops run from 9 to 11 am Pacific time and are recorded if you can't attend live.

July 1: The Menopause Bed with Judith Hanson Lasater
August: We rest.
