This course is about reclaiming and reinventing your practice for menopause and beyond.

How can this practice best support a maturing female body? A body that may have been through pregnancy, childbirth, or hysterectomy?

This course is about sharing yoga practices that support you through the hormonal, physical, and spiritual transition of menopause and beyond.

Let’s be honest, the history of yoga is mostly a practice by men for men. But what happens when we transplant this practice into the maturing female body? In other words, what wisdom can we learn from the female anatomy?

Each month, we share active asana practices for energy, mental clarity, body aches, stress incontinence, and bloating.

We also include Somatic Strength and Restorative Yoga practices.
