A Restorative Yoga class for nervous system recovery and resilience.

Taught by Judith Hanson Lasater and hosted by Lizzie Lasater.

Finding Yourself During the Holidays

There is nothing more empowering than feeling comfortable and at ease in your own skin. Yet in our “hurry-up” culture, that ease is often lost—especially during the holidays, when we ask so much of ourselves.

Feeling at ease is especially difficult during the holidays, with all the “extras” we expect of ourselves: gift buying and wrapping, baking and cooking, hosting and more.

This live online class is an invitation to pause. Together we will practice Restorative Yoga, breathing, and gentle reflection to release effort and rediscover calm. So that this holiday season, rest becomes your foundation for clarity, patience, and joy.

What You’ll Experience

  • Supported poses to unwind fatigue and tension

  •  Breath practices to regulate your nervous system

  • Insights from Judith on letting go—on the mat and in your life

  • Time to reconnect with your own stillness and strength

Rest is not withdrawal; it is a return to yourself.
