What is content?

Content is everywhere.

Content isn’t just social media posts—though yes, that counts. Content is anything you create to share.

That includes Instagram posts and captions, YouTube videos, blog posts, newsletters, handouts, workbooks, landing pages, course platforms, opt-in gifts, email sequences, podcasts, class recordings, slide decks, digital downloads, and even your class titles and descriptions.

If you’re a yoga teacher today, you’re also a content creator. You’re not just teaching—you’re writing, editing, producing, publishing. You’ve become your own storytelling studio. And while that’s powerful, it can also be exhausting.

That's why I've created this high-touch private mentorship program for yoga teachers ready to share their voice—without burning out.

What if making content felt easy?

Let me teach you how:

  1. How to create content with clarity and confidence. Even when you’re not feeling inspired or “ready.”

  2. How to build consistency without burnout. Develop sustainable systems that support your energy and nervous system.

  3. How to embrace AI with clarity and integrity. I will share exactly how I use AI to support my creativity—without outsourcing her voice or feeling inauthentic.

  4. How to work with fear, self-doubt, and resistance. Shift your mindset and build resilience around visibility.

  5. How to move from hesitation into momentum. Build practices that generate flow—so you don’t wait for motivation.

Stop overthinking and start sharing.

Burnout doesn’t belong in wellness.

Why do I use AI as a yoga teacher?

AI streamlines my content workflow, protects my practice, and gives me time to live the teachings I share.

For example, I aim to close my computer at 2 p.m. every Friday afternoon and not open it again until 8:30 a.m. Monday morning—so I have the space to take my kids to the park, cook, eat with friends, hike, swim, ski, sauna, cold plunge, read, or try (and mostly fail) to learn to garden.

I know many yoga teachers feel uneasy about using AI—like it’s cold, or somehow at odds with our values.

But to me, it’s a tool. It allows me to serve more students, and to serve them better—without sacrificing my own wellbeing.

Biological Intelligence x Artificial Intelligence

Streamline your process without losing your voice.

This program is about unlocking your creative flow—learning how to use both your biological intelligence and artificial intelligence tools to create with clarity, ease, and consistency.

In a world of artificial intelligence, your creativity, communication, and intuition are your greatest human superpowers.

As yogis, we know the physical body is the home of creativity and intuition.

When you slow down and connect to your body, you anchor into creative flow.

Creativity thrives in a regulated nervous system—which is why we’ll prioritize practical techniques like Restorative Yoga, meditation, and pranayama to access flow.

Hi, I'm Lizzie Lasater

I'm a designer, educator, and second-generation yoga teacher who helps wellness leaders create content that connects. With a master’s in design from Columbia University and over a decade of teaching experience, I integrate the precision of design with the depth of yoga.

I'm the co-founder of a yoga learning platform Lasater.Yoga and the writer of Sunday Self-Care, a weekly newsletter I've published for almost ten years. I teach courses, run a digital business, and uses AI tools to streamline my creative systems with clarity and purpose.

My work is rooted in clarity, minimalism, and discernment. The daughter of Judith Hanson Lasater, I was raised in a yoga family in San Francisco. I now live in Salzburg, Austria, where I spend my days building online courses, designing jewelry, and raising my twin boys.
