Learn to See with Soft Eyes

Join us for four 90 minute sessions focusing on two things: our own personal practice of asana, and Judith working individually with some students in the session.

We have discovered that in our online sessions, students certainly like being led in doing their own practice. But students also report that they learn a lot from watching Judith teach a student one-on-one, suggesting alignment and therapeutic principles when appropriate. We hear that this is especially helpful for yoga teachers.

Join us to continue the adventure of learning together.
