Lizzie Lasater began teaching Vinyasa Yoga in 2005, before earning a Masters in Architecture from Columbia University.
She lives in Salzburg with her partner and twin boys where she produces online yoga courses, leads retreats, writes a free Sunday self-care newsletter, and designs spirit jewelry.
This self-paced 14-day online course offers a framework for reshaping your relationship to rest. The technique we offer is Savasana, yoga's most powerful pose.
Translated as 'corpse pose', Savasana is a chance to lie down in complete comfort and surrender doing nothing in order to explore being for a few minutes. Once you enroll, you'll gain instant access to all of the material.
Built on an alternating day rhythm, you'll learn one new Restorative Yoga Savasana setup every other day. Then we suggest you use the 'off' day to practice that technique again, or to rest (from resting).
Included are seven practice intentions, seven videos demonstrating the Savasana setups, and seven guided savasana practices. Plus you'll gain access to our private online Sangha, or community. This is a kind corner of the internet to celebrate your learning and share your challenges with students around the world.

90 days. Relax and take your time - that's the advantage of digital learning - you have unlimited access to all of the course material for three full months.
The key difference is that this course is all practice, no theory. So in that sense, it feels new. But, of course, if you've studied with Judith and Lizzie before, the Savasana setups will feel familiar.
We recommend you have the following: Judith's books "Restore and Rebalance" and "Relax and Renew" (paper or digital), plus 1 Bolster, 5 Firm Blankets, 2 Firm Blocks, 1 D-Ring Belt, 6ft or 180 cm long, 1 Eye Cover, 1 Hand Towel, 16“x27” 40x70cm or other form of eye cover, and 1 Stable chair with a flat seat and open back.
We hope you'll practice Savasana with us for 20 minutes a day for 2 weeks straight. But we know you're busy, so we've built in the option to skip a day or two.
Yes! We are a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of completion for 10 non-contact hours. After that, you can request continuing education credit from Yoga Alliance or an equivalent organization.
