Meditating at Home:

An invitation to practice for 7 days with Judith Hanson Lasater and Lizzie Lasater

Meditation begins with silence. Listening, turning inward, exhaling. But it doesn’t end there. It drags up memories and replays moments from the day, regrets and longings. And then we start to plan, what’s for dinner? What’s next? Always the anxious mind asking: what’s next?

When we sit to practice, the whole human experience bubbles up, and dances through the mind/body. It’s all there: onside of this breath, inside of this home practice, inside of this silence.

Join us for one week to:

  • Finally find physical comfort in meditation.

  • Welcome relaxation into your practice and your life.

  • Rewire your relationship to discipline.

  • Create a refuge.

  • Befriend your thinking mind.

  • Reconnect with the simple power of your breath.

  • And find silence.
