Live Restorative Class
with Judith Hanson Lasater, Ph.d, PT
Live: Sunday, July 11th, from 10a to 12p Pacific time
In difficult times it is easy to forget to cherish the simple moments in our daily life which have the potential to stimulate joy, the joy which yoga teaches us always lives at our core.
Even though it may seem counterintuitive, it is important that we consciously choose to remember our hidden joy, and to take measures to allow it to blossom.
Among other things, joy gives us hope, and hope gives us the ability to adapt to the moment, regardless of its difficulty. Being present for even a few moments is a profound gift that we can give ourselves every day.
Join Lizzie and Judith for a live Restorative yoga class where we can let go; let go of our fatigue, let go of our anxiety, let go of our need to constantly be “doing”, and finally, to let go of our reluctance to let ourselves feel some contented joy in the midst of life’s challenges.
Remember, when we do allow joy to be revealed, we not only help heal ourselves, we also begin to help heal the world.
Lizzie Lasater began teaching Vinyasa Yoga in 2005, before earning a Masters in Architecture from Columbia University.
She lives in Salzburg with her partner and twin boys where she produces online yoga courses, leads retreats, writes a free Sunday self-care newsletter, and designs spirit jewelry.
You'll have access to the recording for one year.
