Who is Body of Work for?

Meet Lizzie
Lizzie Lasater has built a seven-figure online education business from a home studio in Salzburg, written a weekly newsletter for ten years, appeared on the cover of Yoga Journal, and published with Shambhala.

Her method of embodied creativity comes from practice, not from business school. It is a flow state first, AI second approach to producing content and courses. Biological intelligence first. Then AI.
Most people use AI backwards. They open a blank chat, ask it to write something, and get back something generic that sounds like everyone else.
The method here runs the other way. You start in your body, in flow, on paper. You get the raw material out by hand, in your own voice, the way only you would say it. Then AI comes in as a partner: to shape it, shorten it, organize it, and hand it back sounding more like you, not less.
This is the heart of the program, and it runs through every month. You will build a real working relationship with AI that speeds you up without flattening your voice, and you do not need to be technical to do it. If you have felt behind on AI, this is where you catch up, on your own terms.
The Format
Founding cohort enrollment opens September 12, 2026.
First live call October 7, 2026. The program runs one year, through the end of September 2027.
Nine active months. January, July, and August are intentionally off from live calls. This is not a break from the work. Periods of rest are part of it. You are here to make something that lasts, and nothing that lasts gets made by running at full speed for twelve straight months.
Two live calls a month with Lizzie. On Wednesdays, 15:00 to 17:00 Austria time. The class lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours on Zoom.
Additional expert lectures, pre-recorded, released throughout the year.
New curriculum material is released each month, not all at once.
One year of access to the live calls and their recordings.
Three years of access to the recorded material.
The Live Calls
We open with a short movement practice and journaling. Then the floor is open to students. You bring something you have made, we look at it together, and Lizzie gives feedback.
This is what's called a crit, the way architecture school has taught for a century. Someone brings work, the teacher responds, and everyone learns from watching. The call where you say nothing will teach you as much as the one where you present your work.
You do not have to attend live. This is a global cohort, so many members work from the recordings. Submit your work and questions through the monthly form and Lizzie takes them on the call for you to watch back. Live or asynchronous both work.

The Process
In short, Lizzie is going to guide you through the process of crafting and selling a signature offer.
We’ll begin with the basics: Who do I serve? What are my unique gifts? What transformation do I catalyze for my clients? From there, we’ll shape your signature offer, learn how to communicate and market it, and ultimately put it into the world and sell it.
Along the way, we’ll work with social media visibility, visual communication, confidence, money mindset, and embodied creativity. Part business coaching, part marketing course, the goal is not simply to learn more, but to turn what you already know into something clear, valuable, and sellable.

The Artifacts
Every month of Body of Work ends with an Artifact. It is the thing you make that month.
Finish it before you move on. Because the process is cumulative. Nine months and nine artifacts become your one body of work.
Most programs end with a folder of notes. This one ends with something you can sell.
That happens because every month produces one finished piece instead of more information. The inventory becomes raw material. The raw material becomes a name. The name becomes a framework. By the time you get to building, you are assembling parts you already made rather than starting from nothing.
It also means you always know where you stand. Nine months is long enough to drift, and the Artifact is what tells you whether you are moving. You either made the thing or you didn't.
And it means the launch is not a scramble. Most people build an offer in a panic the month before they sell it. Yours will have been under construction since Month 1.

What if I can't make every live call?
Live attendance is not required. Every call is recorded and you keep the recordings for a year. This is a global room, so plenty of members work mostly from the replays. When you cannot be there, submit your work and your questions through the month's form ahead of time and Lizzie addresses them on the call for you to watch back. The people who finish are the ones who keep submitting, live or not.

Is this about building online, or in person?
Online. It is what Lizzie has done for ten years, and it is what turns your method into an offer that scales beyond your calendar and reaches people wherever they are. Teach in person all you like. The thing you build here is one you can sell online, again and again, without being in the room. That said, the clarity work you do this year will absolutely help you sell your in-person workshops and retreats.

Because this is not another framework to learn. It is the opposite. Every month is spent naming, writing, and building what is already yours, so you stop delivering someone else's material and start owning your own.

Do I need to be good with AI or technology?
No. Plenty of members arrive feeling behind on both. The method starts by hand, in your own voice, and brings AI in gently, as a partner that shapes what you have already made. You will leave more fluent with AI than most people you know, and it will still sound like you.
