Deepen your relationships through the power of compassionate communication.

As you move into the second half of life, have you found that communication has become more essential in your relationships—with family, friends, students, and even yourself? Do you sometimes struggle to express your truth without causing conflict or disconnection?

In Nonviolent Communication: The Yoga of Speech, we explore Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication, paired with the wisdom of yoga, to help you navigate challenging emotions and conversations with greater clarity and compassion. Imagine being able to tell your truth while still maintaining deep, meaningful connections—both in your personal life and on the mat.

Why this course matters for you as a yoga teacher:

As a yoga teacher, do you notice that your words about the postures are as important as the postures themselves? How you communicate shapes the energy in your classes and the trust your students place in you. Learning Nonviolent Communication can help you:

  • Offer feedback with compassion, even in difficult moments.

  • Resolve conflicts in the studio with ease and grace.

  • Build stronger, more trusting relationships with your students.

How this practice benefits your life:

Are you looking for deeper connection in your relationships? Do you want to express your truth without fear of conflict or hurting others? In this course, you’ll gain the tools to:

  • Speak your truth with honesty and compassion.

  • Strengthen your bonds with loved ones through mindful, open communication.

  • Listen deeply without reacting defensively, thus fostering authentic dialogue.

Start the year with a greater ability to create connection:
